Manuel Evia Puerto C.P.A.

A public accountant with a masters in Finance and aspiring to complete his doctorate degree in Strategic Management and Developmental Policy, Manuel Evia has held several management and directive positions at local and multinational companies. He was Financial Manager at the Industria Salinera de Yucatan, Treasurer of the Cuaracao Trading Company’s Mexican Division, to name a few. He has been a business consultant, focusing in strategic administration and finance since 1994. He has taught, since 1997, at an undergraduate and graduate level at numerous universities, both in Mexico and abroad, including here at Anahuac Mayab University, Universidad Autonoma de Yucatan, Instituto Tecnologico y de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey, and the Thunderbird School of Global Management. He was academic coordinator for our Accounting and Finance program from 2005 through 2007. He has published numerous articles and investigations in several well known business magazines. He is currently exploring the impact Strategic Cost and Financing management has on on small and medium sized companies.

Benjamin Negroe Monforte C.P.A.

Profesor Negroe Monfort received his Masters degree from the Anahuac Mayab University and has a degree in Public Accounting from UADY. He is currently the degree director at Mayab’s School of Business and Economics. He is also a member of the Collegiate of Teachers of Finance, where he is a delegate in the teaching sector, and he is also a member of the Public Accountant Collegiate of Yucatan. He has worked for various national companies including Volkswagen, Avis and Grupo Financiero Inverlat.
